Shipping, Returns & Back Orders

  • Expedited shipping (2nd day shipping) will be used for refrigerated products
  • Orders for cold products placed on Monday thru Wednesday will be shipped 2nd day. Orders for cold products placed on Thursday will be shipped overnight or held until Monday to be shipped 2nd day. And cold product orders placed on Friday will be shipped out Monday to be shipped 2nd day.
  • Estimates for packages over 150 lbs cannot be made. If your package weight exceeds 150 lbs, please contact us for shipping options
  • If the package is not able to be shipped within a week of your order, we will contact you with the details
  • Shipping is available for the United States only. For residents of Canada, please use our Canadian site. If you reside in another country, please contact us for shipping options
  • All weights are in pounds (lbs)
  • Orders placed after 1 pm EST will be process the next day and orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday will not be processed until the next available business day
No merchandise will be returned without written authorization from Partnar Animal Health. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the 20% restocking charge on all returned, non-defective merchandise. All shipping charges will be entirely assumed by the customer. These fees do not apply to merchandise deemed defective by Partnar Animal Health, or to merchandise shipped by error. Credit or replacement product will not be given if any of the following occur:
  • Opened or damaged product
  • Package with label removed
  • Merchandise involved in a flood or fire
  • Merchandise that requires refrigeration (cold Products)
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by:
  • A Returns Authorization number
  • The customer's name and address
  • The product number, description and quantity of merchandise to be returned
  • The purchase order number, where necessary
  • The reason for the return
PLEASE NOTE: Partnar Animal Health WILL NOT accept the return of cold products or issue a credit towards cold products.
  • Any merchandise that is currently not in stock, Customer Service will contact you regarding this merchandise and it will then be put in as a back order
  • All back-ordered items will be shipped to the customer as soon as they arrive
  • No additional shipping costs will be added to back-ordered items
